COVID-19 Update

Our facilities will remain open and our staff will be available to assist you with your storage needs. However, in an effort to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we encourage everyone to refrain from visiting our offices and facilities unless it is necessary.

Cash payments will not be accepted until further notice.
We ask that all of our tenants utilize one of the following payment methods:

1. Online payments via our online tenant payment portal.
**If you have not already set up an online account, you will need the following information for registration:
Gate Access Code, Unit Number, and the Email Address on file with our office.

2. Autopay: This can be done through the online tenant payment portal.

3. Phone payments
**We will waive the processing fee for phone payments until further notice.

4. Check by mail or drop box

U-Haul rentals at our Cooper City and Miramar locations will not be available until further notice.

Our offices will remain open during normal operating hours.

Access hours to your storage unit and/or parking space(s) will remain the same with no restrictions at this time. Please follow any restrictions put in place by your local municipality.
